Under the econet romania brand AHK Romania carries out all activities in the area of ​​green technologies, being active in several fields: renewable energies, energy efficiency, waste management, wastewater treatment, mobility, sustainable development of cities and regions.

Our main objective is to bring together the companies and to inform the companies that are active in these fields and to promote the German know-how on the Romanian market. To support our members in the environment sector, we have set up the Environment Working Group.

The basic principle of the working groups of AHK Romania is “for and with our members”. Thus, the goal and purpose of the Environment Working Group is for our members active in the field of energy to be able to meet regularly, exchange experiences and know-how, and possibly work together on future projects. Of course, we are also talking about the general economic framework of the sector and when it’s needed and wanted, we work together on proposals for its improvement.

The Environment Working Group of AHK Romania meets every fourth Thursday of the month starting with 16:00. The discussions will be in English.
